Why it matters
When someone can’t come to church, church goes to them. For a lot of people that visit is the week’s clearest reminder that they haven’t been forgotten.
This team is for you if…
- You’re comfortable in a hospital room or a quiet house.
- You listen more than you talk.
- You’ve got time during the week, and a way to get around.
What you’d be doing
- Visit people who are ill, homebound, or in a care facility.
- Bring news, prayer, and a familiar face from church.
- Let the team know what you found, so nobody falls through the cracks.
The commitment
As visits come up, and only when you can. Most happen during the week and are arranged around your availability.
