What does serving actually mean?
Serving just means being on a team that helps make Sunday happen: welcoming people at the door, looking after the kids, running the sound, setting up the building. It’s volunteering.
You don’t need a church background and you don’t need to know anybody here. Most teams ask for an hour or two, once or twice a month.
Pick a team
17 of them, from the parking lot to the sound booth. Every page says up front what the team asks of you.
Fill out the signup
It goes straight to the person who leads that team. Most take a few minutes.
A team leader reaches out
Within about 48 hours, with a real next step. Not a form letter.
Never served before?
No experience needed
Most teams show you what to do on your first day. The music team is the one that asks for more, and its page says so.
Not every week
Most teams work on a rotation, so you’re on some weeks and off others. Once or twice a month is normal.
Nothing to join first
It makes no difference whether this is your tenth year here or your second Sunday. Anyone can put in an application.
