This is one option on the Operations Team signup form. When it asks which team you want, pick the one labelled “Security”. That wording is the form’s, not ours.
Why it matters
Parents hand over their kids more easily when someone visible is paying attention. Guests settle faster too.

- You can be present without being intimidating.
- You’d step toward a problem rather than away from it.
What you’d be doing
- Keep watch over the building and grounds during services.
- Respond first if something goes wrong.
- Work alongside the Host Team at the doors.
The commitment
One Sunday a month, covering both services that morning, plus the time either side. Deliberately light: Mark keeps it to one so nobody burns out, and so you’re in a service with your own family the rest of the month.
