Leading a LifeGroup: a handful of people who meet regularly, usually in someone’s home, to talk about life and faith.

Why it matters
People who’d slip through the cracks on a Sunday get known by name in a group. Somebody has to offer to lead one.
This team is for you if…
- People already end up telling you real things.
- You’d rather walk with a few people for a long time than help a lot of people once.
- You don’t need it all figured out. A step ahead is enough.
What you’d be doing
- Host or lead a group through a season, usually weekly.
- Facilitate the conversation. You aren’t expected to teach.
- Follow up with your people between meetings.
