Why it matters
Most people have decided how they feel about a church before anyone speaks from the stage. This team is that first impression, and it’s often the reason somebody comes back.
This team is for you if…
- You notice the person who’s looking around, lost.
- Warm, and hard to fluster.
- You’d rather be at the door than on the stage.
What you’d be doing
- Welcome people as they arrive and help them find their way.
- Help with seating, directions, and kids check-in.
- Spot anyone on their own, and make sure they aren’t for long.
