This is one option on the Operations Team signup form. When it asks which team you want, pick the one labelled “Facilities (building projects/repairs)”. That wording is the form’s, not ours.
Why it matters
Buildings wear out faster than budgets grow. A team that can fix things keeps the rooms usable, and means nobody in the seats ever has to think about it.
This team is for you if…
- Handy. Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, any of it.
- You’d rather fix something than sit in a meeting about it.
- Some weekday flexibility, at least sometimes.
What you’d be doing
- Take on repairs and improvement projects around the buildings.
- Help with installs, fixes, and the occasional bigger build.
- Flag what needs doing before it becomes urgent.
