Encounter (Student Ministry)
7th through 12th graders on Sunday nights, working out faith and life alongside adults who keep showing up.

Why it matters
Teenagers rarely walk away from a church where an adult knew their name and stuck around. That adult is almost never the one on the stage.
This team is for you if…
- You like teenagers. Not in theory — you actually like them.
- Approachable, and hard to shock.
- You’ll listen, laugh, and come back next week.
What you’d be doing
- Build real relationships with students on Sunday nights.
- Help lead games, small groups, hospitality, or worship.
- Encourage students in their own walk with Jesus.

The commitment
Sunday nights, 4:00–7:15 PM at our Mansfield location, minimum once a month. If that window doesn’t work, the form has an option to help at special events instead.
